Online Talk on Black Holes

Mr. Atul Bhat of the department was invited to give an online talk on the topic Black Holes – And their invisible beauty, by the Department of Physics, Sri Mahaveera College, Moodabidri, and their Amateur Astronomers’ Club, on 20th December 2021.

He discussed the physics behind the existence and occurrence of Black Holes and how to detect them.

The talk was organized as a part of the ‘Webinar Series’ organized by Sri Mahaveera College, in Association with Pilikula Regional Science Center, Mangalore.
